I cannot say enough positive things about Ms. Price and Execu-Suites. Before we contracted for this office space, we looked at many other similar companies and traditional landlord/tenant office spaces. Ms. Price went out of her way to help us and offered the most reasonable terms. She has been very accommodating, and she always makes herself available. The one time I could not reach her directly, she had a staff member contact me, almost immediately, with the information and assistance I needed. I would highly recommend her and the company.

This will be my second year partnering with this Awesome company and I couldn't be more pleased! i can honestly say that their Staff went above and beyond for not just my company but me and for too! The offices are clean and tastefully designed so clients will always be comfortable! I love it!

I could not be happier with my office space. The offices are bright, the remodel work that has been done is beautiful while still maintaining the history of the building. The Execu Suites staff are always friendly and helpful. Sean, Natasha and Krystal are always smiling and welcoming!

I rented my office space about 6 months ago and I LOVE IT! No Complains. You get your own private office, you can upgrade to a bigger space when u need it, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and they work with you on your budget. Cathy is awesome! Our clients love visiting us here also, they have meeting rooms u can book, and the offices are very nice if u want to also have client meetings in your office. Its definitely the most cost effective way to have a stylish, fancy and efficient office in Orlando. Great parking also, secure garage and passage way so you stay safe.

I have been using this office space for the past 9 months and it is great! Everyone working there is very professional, friendly and helpful. I get a notification via email when I have physical mail and access to a notary, both of which are quite convenient. The location is great, building is beautiful, and I've never had a issue getting an office or conference room to use when I need it. Highly recommended!

I have been a client of Execu-Suites for a little over a year and I am extremely satisfied! Their staff is always very professional and helpful to myself and my clients. My office has a great view of beautiful downtown Orlando and the common areas and conference rooms are very well decorated and clean at all times. I have also used the conference room located at their Southwest location and was equally impressed with both staff and the center itself. The services offered by them have only added to my experience so far. I look forward to a long relationship with Execu-Suites and will be referring them to other small businesses in the area.
