Execu-Suites provides professionally appointed small (up to 4 people), large (up to 8 people), and executive (up to 12 people) meeting rooms and furnished day offices complete with T-1 internet connectivity. Our warm and friendly receptionist will professionally greet your clients and direct them to the meeting room or day office you have reserved. Meeting rooms and furnished day offices can either be leased by the ½ hour, or you may choose an Orlando Meeting Room Membership which reduces your hourly cost.

Mail Services

Mail is sorted daily, except holidays and weekends. Our Execu-Suites Receptionist will email you every time we receive mail for you, and can call you or email you a PDF of your mail if you prefer. We will also advise you of any deliveries as soon as they arrive. Mail can also be forwarded or picked up per your preference.

You get your own private office, you can upgrade to a bigger space when u need it, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and they work with you on your budget. Cathy is awesome! What are the terms of the Orlando virtual office?

All of our Virtual Programs are on a month-to-month term with a 30-day notice for cancellation.

Can I get a Lobby listing?

Lobby listings are a $50 one-time charge – if you purchase that, you will have a listing in the directory of our building indicating that you are in suite 310

Can I access meeting rooms with my virtual office?

We have three meeting rooms that seat between 4 and 10 people in our Orlando office. Meeting rooms are $25-$35/hour or $12.50-$17.50/hour with a Monthly Membership. We have one hourly office that is $20/hour or $10/hour with a Monthly Membership.

What mail services are provided with a virtual office?

Mail/package notification via email is provided to all virtual clients that have not elected to purchase automatic mail forwarding – mail forwarding is $5 per instance plus postage, normally sent out once weekly. We will hold the mail for pick up during business hours . We also offer the option of scanning your mail to you upon receipt at the cost of $1 per piece of mail.

Are virtual offices good for startups and freelancers?

When you don’t need an office but you do want to project a professional image, a virtual office is a cost effective way to help.
