I just love how you have us book rooms. The online system is fabulous. It is easy and quick to use. The other thing that I really like is the fact that I don't have to bother your receptionist all the time to make and cancel appointments. The other thing is when I make appointments for our clients, I can have the room schedule in front of me so that I know if I can make an appointment at the time I want or if I need to move it. I don't have to put the client on hold, call you, confirm with the client or call you, reschedule with the client, put them on hold again and call you again. It is a major time savings feature and makes our office look much more professional.
