• Use of Meeting Rooms equipped with high speed internet, whiteboard and LCD projector

• Use of Day Offices equipped with a computer which access to the internet, phone services, networked copier and high-speed scanning

 

 

2.How Does the Orlando Virtual Office Address Service work?


At just $69 per month, this service has a big bank for your buck! When you utilize our mail services, our prestigious address becomes your businesses official address.  Our Virtual Office Orlando address service includes a staffed professional receptionist to greet any clients coming to see you or inquiring about your business. We receive your mail and process it according to your instruction and we email you each time we receive mail for you.  You can elect to come in to pick up your mail or for an additional fee we can forward your mail or email you a PDF of the mail you have received.  We also provide you Receptionist pick up and drop off services, receive package deliveries and notify you of their arrival. 

 

 

 

3.What is a Day Office?


The Day Office is a furnished office that is available for Orlando Virtual Office users to rent.  The Day Office can be rented by the hour or Clients may purchase a package of hours to be used each month. The Day Office comes equipped with phone service, a computer that has access to the internet and a networked copier/scanner.

Orlando Virtual Office Day office use is becoming much more prevelant as a greater number of business owners opt to work out of their homes but occasionally may need a quiet place to work, focus, and meet with clients.  The day office is also provides a more intimate setting for client meetings than a meeting room which is why many of our meeting room users are now opting to use the Day Office instead.   

 

4.How do I reserve the Orlando Virtual Office Day Office or Meeting Rooms?


Day Offices and Meeting Rooms are reserved online on our calendar website.  When you become a client of ours you are registered on the www.bookmeetingrooms.com website.  Once we have registered you, you can begin booking either day offices or meeting rooms at either of our two Orlando locations.  Your reservations are totally managed by you.  You can book time, edit a reservation and cancel reservations all online while talking to your clients.

 

5.How long does it take to get my Orlando Virtual Office Services Started?


Your Orlando Virtual Office plan can be set up that business day! We email you a questionnaire in order to get the information we need to complete your Orlando Virtual Office Agreement. The Agreement is emailed to you for your signature. Payment can be made online in the form of a credit card payment or direct check.

 

6.How do I get a listing in the Lobby Directory?


Lobby directory strips are ordered per your request and are a one time fee of $50.  If you choose to use the Orlando Virtual Office meeting rooms or the day office at both our Downtown and SouthWest Orlando locations we encourage you purchase a directory strip at both locations. This effectively gives clients the image that you now have two offices!  Use our services to enhance your company image to the max!
