1.What is the difference between renting a Move in Ready Office with Execu-Suites and entering into a conventional office space lease?

Typically when entering into a conventional Orlando office space lease a company will lease an office suite which includes 2 to 3 private offices, a kitchen area, meeting rooms and reception area.  In addition to the square footage of your office suite you will be charged additional square footage known as your prorata share of the common area.  You are also charged a percentage of building operating expenses, real estate taxes and insurance which are paid in arrears.   These additional expenses can add thousands per year to your total rental expense.  You will also be required to provide your own furniture, plus phone and internet service.   Lease terms are typically 3 to 5 years with security deposits equivalent to 1 to 3 months rent.

At Execu-Suites you pay one low monthly fee for the private offices you need, sharing use of the common reception area, meeting rooms and break room with our other clients. Offices come furnished or unfurnished and include receptionist services, use of meeting rooms, phone and internet services as well as all utilities, maintenance and janitorial.   Lease terms are very flexible and start at month to month up to one year.  Upfront costs to move in are affordable and include first month’s rent, and a small security deposit.
